Can I change my address once my order is placed?
From the 1st February 2022 we are no longer accepting address changes after an order has been placed (We are advised from etsy not to change an address after an order has been placed for seller protection).
The only way to change the address on an order is let us know if your intentions and you can replace the order with the new address and once the new order has been placed we will cancel your other order with the incorrect address
My order hasn't turned up within the estimated timeframe on the listing. Can I have a replacement or refund?
There may be delays with couriers and this is beyond our control. We ask all customers to wait 5 working days in the UK and 7 working days for the rest of the world before we offer any solutions. This is because the dates you see on the listings are estimated dates calculated by Etsy for your location. Our first solution is to issue a replacement of your order. If this order does not arrive we can issue a refund.
